I would like to start by praising our salesperson, Jorge Ducos. Jorge was amazing! He was attentive, professional, caring, punctual, knowledgeable, and everything you could hope for in a salesperson when purchasing a vehicle. I really appreciated the aggressive pricing and the no-BS approach from Jorge and his team. This made it a no-brainer for us to make the two-hour drive to the dealership. I was honestly worried that I would drive two hours, show up, and then get the runaround, but Jorge completely put those worries to rest. He had the deal wrapped up and completed before I even arrived, making the entire process incredibly seamless. When I arrived, Jorge met me at the front door with all the paperwork in hand and ready for me to head straight to the finance department. This was, without a doubt, the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle.
But the icing on the cake was something Jorge did that really touched both my wife and me. During our conversations before arriving, I asked Jorge if the vehicle came with floor mats and explained that I did not want to leave the dealership without them. Jorge apologized and explained that the vehicle did not come with floor mats, but that I could purchase them through the parts department. I told him to grab a set and I would pay for them when I arrived, and Jorge said, "No problem." When I was getting ready to leave, I asked Jorge how I should pay for the floor mats. He simply said, "Don't worry about it. I used my employee discount and purchased them for you." He refused any reimbursement and just said, "Thank you for my business." My wife and I were genuinely touched by that gesture. I know someone might think he just grabbed a set off the shelf, but that wasn't the case. Jorge left the receipt with me as proof of purchase. It was an incredibly kind and thoughtful thing to do, and it really showed us the kind of person Jorge is.
